YogaSteps offers a range of classes designed to support all stages of life through movement, creativity and calm. Each class is shaped to meet the developmental needs of its group, helping participants build strength, confidence and emotional awareness in a supportive environment. Offerings include youth programmes and pregnancy, as well as mom and baby sessions.
PREGNANCY YOGA

Prenatal Yoga offers mothers-to-be space to slow down and experience pregnancy with calm and presence. Classes include breathing, gentle movement, and relaxation to support physical and emotional changes.

Mom and baby yoga gives mothers a gentle space to bond with their babies and reconnect with their own bodies after birth. Exercises, breathwork and relaxed movement support postpartum recovery in an informal class that follows the baby’s mood.
