Reviews
Between May and September 2025, I embarked on a yoga therapy journey with Cassandra Taylor.
I was diagnosed with spondyloarthritis in 2024, and have been battling joint pain and emotional distress for years. When I saw my rheumatologist in August 2025, she was surprised with the improvement in the majority of my joints, and credited the yoga therapy process for this improvement.
What I gained throughout this yoga therapy process had as much to do with Cassandra's energy and essence as with her extensive technical competence.
She enhanced my self-healing abilities, and made me believe that positive change is not only possible, but inevitable. I'll especially stick to the idea of detaching from outcomes, as well as remembering that my actions are an offering.
Furthermore, my emotional and nervous system resilience have greatly increased as a result. When symptoms do arise, I am able to move through my day without becoming hopeless. My physical health challenges don't feel nearly as debilitating as before I started my yoga therapy process.
Moksha, her gorgeous therapy dog in training, was also a lovely and immensely healing addition.
Cassandra helped me to step back into my power - her presence in my life has been nothing but a gift!

MIND - BODY INTEGRATION THERAPY
This therapeutic programme, developed by Antoinette Nicolaou (Clinical Psychologist) and Cassandra Taylor (Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist), integrates psychotherapy and yoga therapy to work with both mind and body. The ten structured sessions combine psychological support, movement, breathwork, guided relaxation, and yoga theory to support holistic healing, awareness, and long-term ease.

CHILDREN'S THERAPEUTIC YOGA
Children’s Therapeutic Yoga is offered one-to-one and adapts yoga to each child’s developmental, emotional, and physical needs. Sessions support self-regulation, focus, and body awareness through movement, breath, and calming techniques, and may integrate practices from other therapists to provide personalised, multidisciplinary support.

REIKI TREATMENTS
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that aims to restore balance across the body, mind and spirit. Clients remain fully clothed while the practitioner places hands lightly on or just above the body. The intention is to support relaxation, reduce stress, release emotional blockages and strengthen the body’s natural healing capacities. Reiki treatments can also support improved mood, energetic balance and a deeper sense of peace.
