PRIVATE YOGA


Private yoga sessions offer focused, personalised guidance for individuals or small groups. They are ideal for beginners wanting confidence before joining group classes, or for students looking to deepen specific areas of practice. Sessions are tailored to personal needs, goals, injuries and abilities, offering a supportive and comfortable learning environment.

CORPORATE YOGA


Corporate yoga sessions bring the benefits of yoga into the workplace. Classes can be mat-based or chair-based and support stress reduction, improved posture, mental clarity and general well-being. YogaSteps can provide mats and props for up to fifteen people. Sessions can be arranged weekly, monthly or as once-off events to support team wellness.

CORPORATE WELLNESS EVENTS


These sessions include large-group yoga, breathwork and guided relaxation, delivered in a format suitable for businesses, conferences and wellness days. Educational talks on stress reduction, movement, breathwork and relaxation can also be included. Sessions are generally short and accessible, offering practical tools that can be applied in everyday life.

SCHOOL YOGA


YogaSteps offers yoga for preschoolers to high school learners, either during or after school hours. Classes are adapted to suit each developmental stage and support physical, emotional and cognitive growth. Current school offerings include yoga at Constantia Montessori and Hatfield Montessori Schools.

 

WORKSHOPS AND SERIES


Workshops and Series at YogaSteps run throughout the year in one- to three-hour or full-day formats. Themes range from beginner yoga and self-care to meditation, pranayama, mudra, and asana, offering accessible, focused exploration with time to learn, rest, and reconnect.

IN-STUDIO DAY RETREATS

TEach retreat includes a thoughtful blend of yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing and reflective practices, brought together in a nourishing and supportive environment.
